I had an amazing stay at this hotel. The location was perfect and close to everything I wanted to see. The staff was extremely helpful and accommodating, making my experience even better. My room was spotlessly clean and updated with great amenities like a fridge, TV, and coffee maker. this hotel exceeded my expectations.

Everything was spot on.

Enjoyed my stay in the heart of downtown. The hotel is centrally located with easy access to everything. Loved the complementary breakfast and the convenience of having a shuttle to nearby places. The staff was helpful and friendly, making our stay even more enjoyable.

The rooms were smaller than expected and there was no shuttle service from the airport. Overall though, great stay and would recommend to others looking to stay in a central location with helpful staff.

Hotel as a whole is luxury and upscale, I appreciated it.

The staff was knowledgeable and thoughtful, the accommodation was personalized and impeccably clean. The room was neat and huge, the pool was nice. The daily service was very good. Had no problem using their good parking, the internet was free. The staff were attentive and the setting was handy and spectacular.

The holiday season is special and we planned to spend it in a hotel with many amenities. The room was spacious and had a nice view of the city. Additionally, the restaurant in the hotel had delicious food that we really enjoyed.

Unfortunately, our experience was not so great. We had numerous problems during our stay that made it difficult to enjoy our holiday. The staff was unfriendly, and it took forever to check-in. Also, the room was not very clean, with dust and stains on the furniture. Finally, the location was inconvenient for us and we had to travel farther than we expected to get to our destinations. we had a disappointing stay and would not recommend it.

Substantial breakfasts with a Starbucks in the lobby and a stunning view, the facilities were really good.

Rooms are nicely updated with an awesome view, a super comfy superking bed, for instance, food is fab.

We had a relaxing double room facing city. Had opportunity to use wake up calls at no cost.

Courteous and exceptional staff to on duty manager and relaxing rooms with shower as well as a super comfortable bed. Late check-out. Stunning location of the hotel, next to restaurants and Cafe One and sightseeing areas. Also, in the heart of downtown Vancouver.

It features nicely updated rooms with great views, a terrific view, ceiling windows. The venue has stunning and best possible setting in Downtown Vancouver district close enough to restaurants as well as Davie Street.

This accommodation was in the very central location to everything walkable. Our food for buffet breakfast was great and all the staff were welcoming and cordial.

The room was spotless and huge with exceptionally comfortable beds and city views. They offered lots of options for buffet breakfast.

The shower walls were spotlessly clean, no watermarks or stains, which made me feel refreshed after a wash. Also, the shower had excellent water pressure, which made for a refreshing shower. Additionally, the complementary breakfast included a variety of options to suit any dietary needs or preferences.

The gym equipment was not top-of-the-line and could use an upgrade to ensure the workout was productive.

The location is great and very convenient, close to shopping and restaurants. The staff was really friendly and helpful. Two complementary facts were offered during my stay. Also, the room service was prompt and efficient.

The hotel is old and in need of renovation. The sheets and pillows had an unpleasant smell. The ventilation fan in the washroom didn't work properly. The air conditioning in the room only had a fan function. The carpet looked dirty and needed to be replaced. it was not an enjoyable experience.
